This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every part of the Bloomplots service, including the comic studio, storyboard planning, composition blueprints, image and illustration generation, prompt assistance, and any shared or exported output. It supplements our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the Service.
1. What You May Use the Service For
Bloomplots-AI writer is a creative writing and illustration tool for original fiction and comics. You may use it to plan, draft, illustrate, and organise your own fictional works, provided that all content you submit and generate complies with this policy and with applicable law.
2. Strictly Prohibited Content
We operate a zero-tolerance policy. You must NOT submit prompts, story content, or reference material that is intended to produce, and you must not use the Service to create, generate, upload, or distribute:
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content of any kind, including NSFW imagery, erotic or sexually suggestive illustrations, fetish content, sexual roleplay material, and any sexualised depiction of a minor or of a character who could be interpreted as a minor.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual sexual content (NCII), or any content that sexualises, grooms, or endangers minors.
- Likeness manipulation of real people, including face swaps, deepfakes, and realistic depictions of celebrities, politicians, public figures, or private individuals, whether or not the intent is defamatory.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that promotes violence, terrorism, or the harm of any individual or group.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights, including prompts that reproduce a protected work or a living artist's style in order to pass off the output as their work.
- Content that violates personal privacy, including other people's private data, addresses, or confidential information.
- Instructions for illegal activity, malware, weapons, drugs, self-harm, or suicide, and any content that exploits or endangers minors.
3. Rules for AI-Generated Images and Comics
- Every prompt that is sent to an image model is screened against this policy before generation starts.
- You are responsible for the prompts you write and for the output you choose to keep, export, or publish.
- Do not attempt to bypass, rephrase around, or falsify content screening, and do not use automated tooling to push blocked content through the Service.
- Characters that appear to be under 18 must never be portrayed in sexual, romantic, or suggestive contexts.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription or generate images.
4. Content Screening and Enforcement
Prompts routed to our image models are automatically screened through our payment provider's moderation service before any image is generated. Requests that are flagged or denied are blocked and are not sent to the model. We keep records of screening decisions for compliance purposes.
We may remove content, suspend, or permanently terminate any account that violates this policy, without refund. We may also report illegal content to the relevant authorities and cooperate with law enforcement.
5. Reporting a Violation
If you encounter content that violates this policy, or you believe your own content or likeness has been misused, contact us at xu250618@icloud.com. We review every report and respond within 3 business days.
